
This easy peasy recipe is super quick to make and is the perfect side to any meat - from grilled chicken drumsticks to roasted pork tenderloin.
Baby Potatoes with Dill and Garlic
Ingredients
1 small bag of baby potatoes
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
Step-by-Step Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425F.
Boil the potatoes until just about fully cooked.
Transfer them to a cutting board and carefully cut the larger ones in 2-3 pieces each.
Move them to a baking dish.
Mix in the dill, garlic powder, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
Roast them in the oven for 10-15 min until lightly browned.
