This easy peasy recipe is super quick to make and is the perfect side to any meat - from grilled chicken drumsticks to roasted pork tenderloin.


Baby Potatoes with Dill and Garlic


Ingredients


  • 1 small bag of baby potatoes

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • salt and pepper

Step-by-Step Instructions


  1. Preheat the oven to 425F.

  2. Boil the potatoes until just about fully cooked.

  3. Transfer them to a cutting board and carefully cut the larger ones in 2-3 pieces each.

  4. Move them to a baking dish.

  5. Mix in the dill, garlic powder, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Roast them in the oven for 10-15 min until lightly browned.
